The Steering Committee recommends that the community center contain a
variety of program and support services spaces that will fulfill a wide range of
needs in Lake Oswego that are currently unmet by existing City resources.
The size and/or amount of each program space was based on the demand for
the program or activity, the flexibility of the space to allow a variety of uses,
capital costs for the space, and the potential of the program to generate
