The Boise Neighborhood Plan is designed to deal with current nieghborhood problems and guide development over the next 20 years. The policies contained in it are binding on new development and will help dtermine what public improvements are made in the nighborhood. It also contains strategies to improve the neighborhood's appearance, safety and housing stock. Itis part of the Albina Community Plan which in turn has been adopted as part of Portland's Comprehensive Plan. [From the Plan]
