    The Linn County Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan has been developed to establish a framework to better support the delivery of transportation services to seniors, persons with disabilities and residents with low income.... As required by the Oregon Department of Transportation, the plan includes (1) an evaluation of the community's resources; (2) an assessment of the transportation needs of seniors, persons with disabilities and residents with low income; (3) strategies to address the identified needs and gaps and also address efficiencies in service delivery through coordination; and (4) relative priorities of the needs and opportunities.
