| dc.description.abstract | The Medford Economic Analysis completed for the City of Medford in March 2003 was intended to address the community's economic development prospects currently and over a longer 20-year planning horizon. This supplemental Goal 9 analysis builds on the initial economic analysis and is focused on a) refinements to a commercial/industrial land inventory; b) selection of an appropriate employment growth and land needs forecast; and c) identification of siting criteria that can be considered modifications to Medford's Comprehensive Plan.
