Abstract
Proposes commercial timber harvesting, juniper woodland treatments, transportation system improvements, riparian habitat restoration, fuels treatments, stream enhancement work, and aspen stand enhancement. Includes thinning on up to 4000 acres of eastside matrix lands designed to maintain large ponderosa pine, selective cutting on up to 3000 acres of western juniper, up to 100 acres of aspen stand treatments in riparian areas, and precommercial thinning of submerchantable material on up to 300 acres.
