Abstract
This urban renewal plan update, hereinafter called â The Plan,â has been prepared by the Lake Oswego Redevelopment Agency â The Urban Renewal Agency of the City of Lake Oswego, pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) Chapter 457, the Oregon Constitution and all applicable laws and ordinances.... The redevelopment of the East End commercial area of Lake Oswego should meet the needs
and desires of the entire city. Redevelopment should create pride in the area, enhance
shopping services, utilize the unique physical characteristics of the area, and improve the tax
