dc.description.abstractUpdate and refine the temporary health hardship dwelling requirements for all of the County zones in Chapters 33, 34, 35 & 36. In the EFU zone, move Temporary Health Hardship Dwellings from a conditional use to a review use. Include the use of park-model RVs as a temporary dwelling. Clarify that the temporary health hardship dwelling must be renewed every two years and removed upon expiration of the permit within 90 days for all zones.en_US
