Abstract

This plan includes an access management strategy that addresses two of the special IGA conditions detailed below: three access points located north of the new off ramp would be closed. A new service/access road will enter Cornelius Pass Road at a signalized intersection (Wagon Way). The new service road will access the properties from the east; the County and City will, as development occurs, reduce the driveway access from parcels north of the abandoned railroad tracks. The County will require that a new access occur onto a side street, at a signalized intersection (Rock Creek Boulevard) or at a minimum be restricted to a right in/out until another access can be provided.
